Special Orders

When placing a special order as a bespoke order for a customer a deposit will be payable against that order.

The deposit will be agreed at the time of placing the special order and will be used against the final total invoice balance amount when delivery takes place and final balance is payable.

This deposit will be non -refundable should the customer cancel or reduce the quantity of items ordered on the bespoke order. Deposits taken are 'per item' and so we reserve the right to retain any deposit on forfeited quantities.
