How do I register/log in? Just click on Log in/Register button at top of the page centre and complete the straight forward registration form. Once submitted an automated e-mail will inform you once registration process have been completed. (normally within 24 hours) Once registered, to log in click on log in/register tab at top of page and then enter your e-mail address and password. Searching For a Product Just put in name or description of the item (or product code) that you wish to find in the search bar and click on search - This will bring up a list of products with that name in. i.e. Type in Angel and you will be directed to all products with the word Angel in it's description or related products. How do I buy Online? When browsing through the products range just verify the quantity you wish to order and click on ‘add to basket’ tab. This will automatically add that item to your basket. To review basket, click on ‘view basket’, top right of page and that will take to the basket where can verify items and quantities ordered. If you have completed your order then just click on’ checkout’ button – this will take you through the easy to follow checkout procedure. To return to shop click on ‘return to shop’ button. Delivery We pride ourselves on getting your order to you promptly and by working closely with our logistics and courier partners can normally deliver within 24 hours. (bank holidays and weekends excepted) Out of stock items Should your order contain an out of stock item we will contact you notify you and offer a substitute or alternative. You can also opt for a refund of that item or we can place the item onto back order to be dispatched once it arrives with us in the warehouse.
