Order Status
Has my order been shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

We at Sparks Gift Wholesalers do not want you to experience 'missing items' from your order and therefore have a policy that all orders are picked by one member of staff and then packed by another.  This way, a check is done at the time of picking and packing to ensure all items invoiced are in the carton. In the unlikely event an item be missing then please contact customerservices@sparksgiftwholesalers.co.uk.

PS - Please do look carefully within the carton as sometimes smaller items can get hidden by packaging etc.
My product is missing parts.

Orders are picked and packed by seprerate members of staff  to try and ensure that the correct items, quantities and parts are shipped first time. In the unlikely event that an item is missing a part then please check the carton thoroughly as items can sometimes get lost within the packaging and if still missing please contact customerservices@sparksgiftwholesalers.co.uk
Backorders
  We don't carry over back order items as a general rule.  Sometimes, if a n item is out of stock but there is an imminent delivery then with your consent we may hold an order over until that product arrives in the warehouse.

In such circumstances, you will have been made aware and agreed to this via customer services.
