Payment options

We accept the following methods of payment online:

MasterCard -Visa - Visa Delta/Debit - Visa Electron - UK Maestro

You can also pay by cheque, however the funds will need to be cleared before any goods can be dispatched.

Card details

When you have finished placing your order, you will be required to enter your card details for payment. This is safe to do so as the details are only held and used by the bank – they are NOT saved onto our system.

When an order is placed, we have to verify the credit/debit card details provided by the customer. This helps prevent card fraud.

We contact the card issuer(bank) electronically to verify that your billing address and card details are correct and that sufficient funds are available for the transaction.

The payment is then placed into 'authentication' by the bank. Authentication is the process whereby the bank authenticates electronic debit and credit card transactions.

The card issuing bank will then take the transaction balance from your credit limit or bank balance and hold the money in a holding account.

This remains there until we have processed your order at which time we will take payment or it is taken off hold by the bank. CV2 number? Your CV2 number is the last 3 digits on your signature strip on the reverse side of your payment card.

This number helps to prevent fraud.

Credit card details or address is incorrect. What happens?

If during authorisation, the bank cannot verify that the address details match those of the credit/debit card, we will contact you by telephone or email to check the details. It may be that there has been an incorrect digit in the card details provided or that the billing address has been entered incorrectly.

When will I be charged?

You will only be charged for products that are dispatched from the warehouse. If there are out of stock items on your order then a refund is made directly back to the card on day of dispatch.
