As a family run business, we cover all the tasks involved in the warehouse and online which means that we sometimes get behind when taking things out of stock on the website.

Especially when we have a large number of cash and carry customers visiting and buying straight off the shelf.

So, if you order something that is found to be out of stock we always endeavour to contact you to see if an alternative may be wanted instead and failing that will only ever charge you for what is actually invoiced as we only capture your payment at the time that the order is picked.

Sometimes, however a refund may need to be made directly back to the payment card if we have a little mishap on sales order/invoicing.

Please be assured that we do everything that we can to ensure that our products are available and to keep the website right up to date.
