Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and damage passes to you.
Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until payment is received in full by Sparks Gift Wholesalers LLP.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. The standard service is delivery within 48 hours after dispatching the order. You will be advised of any undue delays to delivery at time of accepting your order including delays due to Bank Holidays, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances. Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses.
You will be notified of this when you place your order. Deliveries to Northern Ireland may need to wait an extra day to receive their order. In the unfortunate event that you need to return any product you are required to also return any additional products you received as part of an offer for buying a certain product online. When returning goods that have separate parts, you are required to return all the parts that were sent with the product.
Any issues with your delivery (including damaged, faulty or missing products), must be notified in writing within 3 working days of delivery. Should the goods be defective then Sparks Gift Wholesalers LLP shall at it's option either replace, repair or give a credit for the defective item. If requested, the customer shall return the defective goods at their own expense in the original packaging. Delivery charges posted on the website can be altered at any time without notification. All items are subject to stock availability.
If for any reason the goods are no longer available we will endeavour to notify you and either: Give you the option of receiving alternative goods of similar price and quality; or Cancel the item from your order and refund you in full for that item.
When we deliver your items you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. All deliveries will require signed proof of delivery. Goods can be left at the delivery address with someone other than the purchaser as long as a signature and printed name is signed by the receiver. Goods will only be left with a neighbour if prior arrangement has been made with the carrier.
If the carrier is unable to deliver the goods they will be held by the carrier and a card left stating that a delivery was attempted. Re-delivery will be attempted for a maximum of two occasions.
If a parcel is still undelivered it will eventually be returned to the Sparks Gift Wholesalers LLP and the customer will be notified of its return. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return and re-stocking fee. Sparks Gift Wholesalers LLP are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products.
Orders shipped to UK Mainland addresses, which are dispatched using more than one carton, will be accompanied, on the morning of the scheduled delivery, by notification via text and/or email of the designated one hour delivery window. Smaller or single-carton orders will be delivered between 8am and 5pm on the day of delivery, of which you shall be notified by email. Please note that any time-specific delivery aims are provided independently of Sparks Gift Wholesalers LLP standard delivery service, and are instead provided by our chosen 3rd party courier. Neither Sparks Gift Wholesalers LLP, nor any 3rd party courier or affiliate, may be held liable for any losses incurred resulting from deliveries provided outside of the designated target delivery window, nor any miscommunication associated with such a window.
All goods are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purposes for which such goods would normally be used. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing customers with excellent service, we offer the returns facility set out. All returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Sparks Gift Wholesalers LLP will only cover the cost of faulty or damaged returned goods.
Please be advised that goods such as candles, incense and incense sticks, soaps, oils, bath salts, gels, perfumes cannot be returned once opened or used and glass, ceramic and breakable products are uninsurable and no claims will be entertained in respect of damages to these products.
