Who we are:

When we say ‘we’ this refers to our trading names of Sparks Gift Wholesalers (LLP) and Amalfi Imports Ltd. based at Units 9 & 10 West Kingsdown Trading Estate, Sevenoaks, TN15 6EL. We control our own data and decide how we use this information.

Information we collect:

We can collect information from you from different places that include, directly from you, from a 3rd party acting for you, example of this would be someone placing an order/or enquiry such as an employee, from both Amalfi Imports Ltd.and Sparks Gift Wholesalers (LLP) websites, publicly available sources, when we it generate ourselves and from other relevant organisations.

We’ll only collect your information in line with relevant regulations and law and this may relate to any of our products or services you apply for, currently hold or have held in the past.

You are responsible for making sure that the information you give us is up to date and correct.

If you provide information for another person on your account, you’ll need to tell them how to find the Privacy Notice and make sure they agree to us using their information for the purposes set out in it.

How we use your information:

We’ll use it to provide our products and services to you that you have requested and other purposes. For example; to confirm your identity and address, understand how you use our websites, products and services,

to carry out your request or instruction, to improve our services and products, to offer other products or service that we think would benefit you unless you ask us not to.

We will only use your information where we can by law for example carrying out our services to you, fulfilling a legal requirement, where we have a legitimate business interest or where you agree to it.

Who we can share your information with:

We will share your information between our companies, as well as where applicable credit references and if/when required by law, fraud prevention agencies.

Limited address and contact information may be shared with third-party delivering companies in relation to orders if shipped direct to you.

We’ll keep your information:

As long as you have a relationship with us, after that relationship ends as long as it is for legitimate purposes, example replying to and dealing with complaints, fraud or other crime and requests from regulatory inquiries. For example records of trading and transactions that government depts may request details of. i.e. HMRC.

Your rights:

You have rights relating to your information, for example, to see what we hold, to ask us to share it with a 3rd party, ask us to update incorrect or incomplete details, to restrict us processing it or to make a complaint etc.

You can ask us to delete it - if requested to do so, we will remove your information from all databases we hold except where we require your details for legal purposes as above.
