We are thrilled to make some of our most exciting incoming collections available for pre-order! Allowing you to secure your stock ahead of time, and rest easy in the knowledge that your stock is on it's way.

Whilst we are unable to offer every item on our website for pre-order, there are some flagship ranges which you can secure now!

Important Information - Please Read Carefully

Please make sure when placing your preorder that your basket does not contain any other general stock items. As our warehouse has limited storage space, unfortunately we cannot hold other items to add to your preorder, and so preorders should contain ONLY preorder products please. Products that are in-stock now on the main section of our website unfortunately cannot be held / added, and preorders placed with non-preorderable items included will unfortunately have these items removed, or we may need to cancel the order entirely.

Ordering stock from different shipments / with different due dates.

Please take note of the different expected arrival dates for the items / shipments below.

We CANNOT accept preorders which contain items from different shipments. If a single order is placed for items which are on different shipments / have different arrival dates, unfortunately this will be cancelled and refunded.

For example, your burner preorder should contain only burners, and your brushwood preorder should contain only brushwood items. Thank you.

Upon arrival, stock will be released automatically if the free delivery amount of £125 (exVAT) is reached for items in-stock, with any items remaining from a later shipment to follow. Separate shipping charges would apply if the remaining stock balance is less than £125 (exVAT).

Payment

Given the proximity of arrival, we are now unable to accept preorders with deposits. Full payment is now required at checkout for preorders. Thank you for your cooperation.
