Loyalty Points
Last Updated: 06/08/2019
We are really pleased to now offer our customers Loyalty points and quite simply this is how it works.

Earning Points

When you make a purchase from our website you will earn one Sparks loyalty point for every £1 you spend on goods excluding VAT and carriage charges.

These points will accumulate and to see how many you have gained you go into your account and then scroll to the bottom of that page and click into 'My rewards'.

You will then see points available and points pending.  Points available are those earned on previous orders and purchases and points pending are those which are earmarked against an order or purchase that has not yet been completed or shipped.

Redeeming Points.

You need to have at least 500 loyalty points to make a redemption.

On the 'My rewards' page you will see a box. You put the amount of points you wish to redeem into that box and click redeem.

This will then convert those points into a gift certificate which you use against your next order by putting in the relevant details on the checkout page.

For example.

Say you have accumulated 869 available points and have 146 pending, don't forget that you cannot use the pending points at this time.

From the 869 you wish to redeem 750. You put the figure 750 into the box and click redeem. This will then convert those 750 points into a certificate.

When you place your next order put the certificate details into the certificate/coupn box on the CHECKOUT PAGE and the order will be reduced by the value of the certificate in this instance 7.50.

You will of course then still have 119 points carried forward as well as the pending points.

*** Please note 2500 is the maximum points that can be used against any one order, and points expire on a rolling 6 month basis ***
